Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Noted
central locationbroken elevatorno assistance
The location was central, placing me close to many shops.
The elevator broke down during checkout, forcing me to carry my luggage down five flights of stairs. The desk offered no help beyond a shrug and a promise that maintenance had been called. This was frustrating considering the inconvenience.

the location is great. it is very central and close to metro stations. the staff were helpful and courteous during the entirety of our stay, a plus.
i noticed an awful smell starting from the elevator and it was all over in our room ASWELL.

strange smellleaking showerhead
i was a bit let down by the outdated feel of the place. the elevator seemed to struggle, and there was this strange smell inside that reminded me of old socks. also, our bathroom was quite small, and i think it needs a update. i think the showerhead was leaking too. i just wish they invested in refreshing the facilities more often.
